How a Newark order is worked
The order is reviewed at intake for the recipient address, document type, and any access information. A registered process server is assigned to the address, and each visit is logged to the account with a date, time, and a short observation. When service is complete or reasonable diligence has been exhausted, the proof of service is finalized through the same account.

Same-Day Slot
Same-day handling can be requested at order time. Whether the request fits the day’s dispatch depends on order timing and the recipient address.
Standard Rate Card
Each serve is billed at a posted flat rate at intake. Add-ons such as rush, stakeout, and skip tracing carry line-item pricing visible before the order is placed.
Stakeout Window Block
A stakeout window can be added to the order. The server is positioned at the address through the chosen block when the recipient’s schedule warrants it.
POS Filing With Court
Filing of the proof of service can be added with the appropriate court when the matter calls for it.
Address Validation Pre-Dispatch
Address verification can be added before the assignment goes out when the address is uncertain or has changed.
Final POS PDF
After the proof of service is finalized, it is posted to your account as a downloadable PDF organized per case.
Order Activity Feed
Each attempt is added to the account as it happens with the server’s note attached to the visit.
Avoiders Worked Off-Hours
For a recipient who avoids service during business hours, the attempt schedule can shift across days and time-of-day windows. A stakeout window can be added when the rotation does not reach the recipient.
