Our story
On-Call Legal is the vision of a practicing civil litigation attorney who kept running into the same problem: he needed a process server and a messenger service he could actually rely on, and finding one that was dependable turned out to be harder than it should have been. Papers came back late. Deadlines slipped. Nobody called to tell him where things stood.
So he built the company he wished he could have hired. The idea behind it was plain — treat every filing and every service of process like a case depends on it, because usually one does. More than two decades later, that is still how we run things. We act as a single point of contact for the service-of-process and messenger needs of busy legal teams, and we take the weight of court deadlines off your desk so you can focus on the actual case.
