How a Rocklin order is worked
After intake, the order’s address and access notes are reviewed — village or HOA gate information for master-planned communities, suite numbers for commercial addresses, unit numbers for residences. A registered process server takes the assignment, and each visit is documented in the account.

Same-Day Attempts
Same-day handling can be requested when scheduling allows.
Standard Rate Sheet
The standard rate appears on the order screen at intake. Rush, stakeout, additional recipients, and skip tracing are listed separately.
Stakeout Window
A stakeout window can be added at order time. The server holds at the address through the chosen block.
Address Verification
Address verification is offered at intake when there’s any question about the recipient’s location.
Court Filing Add-On
Court filing can be added to the order at intake or after service is complete.
Online Proof Access
The proof of service is posted to your account as a PDF after it’s finalized.
