How a Pleasant Hill order is worked
The order is reviewed at intake for the recipient address, the document type, and any access notes. A registered process server is assigned, and each visit is logged with date, time, and a brief observation. When service is complete or reasonable diligence has been documented, the proof of service is finalized through the account.

The standard service rate is shown at order entry. Add-ons such as rush, stakeout, and skip tracing carry separate line-item pricing.
Stakeout Coverage
Stakeout add-ons are scheduled at intake when standard attempts are unlikely to reach the recipient.
Address Verification
Address verification is offered at intake when there’s any question about the recipient’s location.
Court Filing Support
Court filing can be added so the proof of service goes to the appropriate court directly.
Order Updates
The account shows each visit as it’s logged, including what was observed.
Proof of Service Online
After service is finalized, the proof of service is posted to your account.
Difficult Recipients
When a recipient avoids service, the visit schedule changes and a stakeout window can be scheduled at intake.
