How a Petaluma order is worked
After intake review, the order goes to a registered process server. Drive distance to outlying or rural addresses can affect timing — the server documents anything that affected access. Each attempt is logged to the account, and the signed proof of service is delivered through the same account once the matter resolves.

Filing of the proof of service can be added with the appropriate court when the matter calls for it.

Difficult Recipients
When a recipient is hard to reach, attempt timing varies across the day; stakeouts can be added on request.
