How Montebello orders are handled
After the order is placed, the documents and address are reviewed, then assigned to a registered process server. The server logs each visit with a date, time, and a short note. When service is complete or reasonable diligence has been exhausted, the proof of service is finalized and posted to the account.

Default Service
Standard process serving is the default for Montebello orders. Routine attempts are made within a few business days.
Priority Add-On
A priority tier can be added at order time when the order needs to move faster. The fee is added to the standard rate.
Same-Day When Possible
Same-day handling may be possible when scheduling allows. Order timing and the recipient address determine whether it can be confirmed.
Off-Hours Coverage
Evening and weekend visits can be added when standard hours do not reach the recipient.
Per-Visit Logs
Each visit is logged to the account with a short note. The visit history is part of the proof of service.
Stakeout Time
For evasive recipients, a planned stakeout window can be added at order intake.
Account Proof Access
The finalized proof is posted to your account and available to download.
