What an Ontario order looks like once it’s in
After the order is submitted, dispatch reviews the address, the document type, and any access notes captured at intake. A registered process server is assigned. The server takes the work to the address; what happened at the door — present, absent, gated, and so on — is logged back to the account. The signed proof of service appears in the account when the matter resolves.

A stakeout block can be reserved at order time so the server holds at the address through a defined window.

Address details can be reviewed before a server is sent when the data is unclear.
Court Filing Support
Filing of the proof of service can be added to the order; the document is filed with the appropriate court.
Proof of Service Online
The completed proof of service appears in your account once the order is finalized, organized per case.
Order Updates
Visit-by-visit updates appear on the order as the server works the address.
Difficult Recipients
Hard-to-reach recipients are worked across multiple windows. A stakeout can be scheduled when avoidance is established.
