How a Morgan Hill order moves
The order is reviewed for the recipient address, document type, and any access notes. A registered process server takes the assignment, and each visit is logged to the account with date, time, and a brief observation. When service is complete or reasonable diligence has been exhausted, the proof of service is finalized and posted to the account.

Same-Day Requests
Same-day handling can be requested at order time. Earlier orders are more likely to fit the day’s dispatch.
Honest Flat-Rate Pricing
Standard service is billed at a single flat rate at intake. Add-ons such as rush and stakeout are listed separately so the total is visible before the order is placed.
Stakeout Coverage
For recipients with predictable schedules, a stakeout window can be added to the order. The server is positioned at the address through the planned block.
Filing the Proof
Filing of the proof of service can be added with the appropriate court when the matter calls for it. A stamped copy is uploaded to the account once filing is complete.
Address Validation
Address verification may be added before dispatch when the address is uncertain. The check covers public and USPS records.
Online POS Access
The completed proof is posted to your account as a downloadable PDF on the day it is finalized.
Order Status on the Account
Order status updates are added to the account as each visit is logged.
Working Evasive Recipients
Evasive recipients are worked across varied times and days. Attempt notes document each visit, and a stakeout can be added when the rotation does not reach the recipient.
