How a Ventura order is worked
The order is reviewed at intake for the recipient address, document type, and any access notes — gate procedures for hillside addresses, suite numbers for downtown commercial, slip information for harbor addresses. A registered process server takes the assignment, and each visit is documented in the account.

The proof of service is posted to your account as a PDF after it’s finalized.
Working Evasive Recipients
When a recipient avoids service, the schedule rotates across mornings, evenings, and weekends; stakeouts are an option for consistent avoidance.
