The completed proof of service shows up in your account once finalized.
The order is reviewed at intake for the recipient address, document type, and any access notes (suite number, building, gate code, recipient description). A registered process server is assigned, and each visit is logged with a date, time, and a brief observation. When service is complete or reasonable diligence has been exhausted, the proof of service is finalized through the same account.

Rush service may be available when documents need to be attempted quickly. Availability depends on order timing, document readiness, address accuracy, recipient details, and server availability.
Same-day handling can be requested at order time. Whether the request fits depends on order timing, the address, and dispatch capacity.
The standard service rate is shown on the order screen at intake. Rush, multiple recipients, and stakeout are listed separately so the total is visible before the order is placed.
A stakeout window can be added at order time. The server holds at the address through the chosen window when the recipient is hard to catch.
Filing of the proof of service can be added with the appropriate court when the matter calls for it.
Address verification can be added before the assignment goes out when the address is uncertain.
The signed proof of service is posted to your account as a downloadable PDF when finalized, giving you a finalized proof of service ready to file.
Attempt times, server notes, and outcomes show on the account as each visit is logged.
For a recipient who is hard to catch during normal hours, attempt windows shift across days and times — this is how multiple service attempts are scheduled. A stakeout window can be added when avoidance is consistent.
Poorest example of legal process servers I’ve EVER seen in 30 years of legal work. On top of it they’re crooks and illegally charged my card without my permission. I had used when originally hiring them 5 months prior. If ZERO stars was an option I would have selected it!!

I had to file a Writ of Review with the California Court of Appeal. I contact several services for assistances most were not interested and others didn't provide the services I needed. I called On-Call Legal Process Servers and spoke to one of their staff. The staff member gave me a list of services they provide everything from a small claims court, to Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court. They will assist you in the filing all court documents and proof of service. To get start with On-Call Legal Process Servers and more an account has to be opened online. Before charges can be posted to the account an Email is sent out listing the proposed charges. The staff returns Email questions and orders during their normal business hours during the same day. On-Call Legal Process Servers file the writ for me and obtain the filing court's case number.
