How a Santa Cruz order is worked
Address details from intake travel with the order to the assigned process server. For an institutional address, that’s the recipient’s department and any visitor procedures. For a downtown storefront, that’s the operating hours and suite. For a residential address, that’s the unit and any access notes. Each visit is documented in the account.

Same-Day Attempts
Same-day handling can be requested when scheduling allows.

Pricing is one rate per standard serve. Optional add-ons appear as separate line items at order entry.
Stakeout Coverage
A planned stakeout can be added so the server is on-site for a specified window.
Pre-Dispatch Address Check
A pre-dispatch address check is available on request to confirm the data before the server is sent.
Court Filing Add-On
Filing of the proof of service can be added with the appropriate court when the matter calls for it.
Online Proof Access
The proof of service is posted to your account as a PDF after it’s finalized.
Hard-to-Reach Recipients
For an evasive recipient, attempt windows shift across days and times. A stakeout window can be added when avoidance is consistent.
