How an Orcutt order is worked
Once the order goes in, the address and any access notes are reviewed. A registered process server takes the assignment, including drive notes for rural-residential parcels along Foxen Canyon and the Solomon Hills area. Each attempt is added to the account with what was observed at the gate or door, and the proof of service is finalized once the matter resolves.
