How a Moorpark assignment progresses
Once placed, the order is reviewed for the recipient address, document type, and any service notes. The assignment goes out to a registered process server, and each attempt is logged to the account. When service is complete or reasonable diligence has been exhausted, the proof of service is finalized and posted to the account.

Same-Day Dispatch
Same-day attempts can be requested at order time. Whether the request fits the day’s dispatch depends on order timing and the recipient address.
Flat-Rate Pricing
The standard service is a single posted rate at order entry. Add-ons such as rush, stakeout, and skip tracing have line-item pricing that shows before the order is placed.
Stakeout Service
For recipients with predictable schedules, a stakeout window can be added to position the server at the address during the likely arrival.
Filing the Proof of Service
The proof of service can be filed with the appropriate court when the matter calls for it. A stamped copy is uploaded to the account once filing is complete.
Pre-Dispatch Address Check
Address verification can be added before the assignment goes out. The check covers public records and is useful for older parcels with limited current data.
Proof of Service Online
Once filed, the proof of service is posted to your account as a downloadable PDF.
Track Service Online
Order status is added to the account as each attempt is logged. Attempt notes show without a separate request.
Evasive-Recipient Handling
For evasive recipients, attempt windows shift across days and times. A stakeout window can be added when the standard rotation does not reach the recipient.
