How a Rosemead order is worked
After intake review, a registered process server takes the assignment with the address details — suite or department for commercial addresses, unit number and any access notes for apartments. Each visit is logged to the account; the proof of service is finalized through the same account once the matter resolves.

Same-Day Handling

Stakeout windows can be scheduled at intake when a recipient’s pattern warrants it.
Address Pre-Verification
A pre-dispatch address check is available on request to confirm the data before the server is sent.
Court Filing Option
Filing the proof of service is offered as an add-on; the document is filed at the appropriate court.
Working Evasive Recipients
When a recipient avoids service, the schedule rotates across mornings, evenings, and weekends; stakeouts are an option for consistent avoidance.
