How a Ramona order is worked
After intake review, the order routes to a registered process server. Drive distance to outlying mountain or rural-residential addresses can affect timing, and the server documents what was observed at each visit. Each attempt is added to the account; the signed proof of service is finalized once the matter resolves.

Address verification is offered at intake when there’s any question about the recipient’s location.
Court Filing Option
Filing of the proof of service can be added with the appropriate court when the matter calls for it.
Order Updates
Each visit is logged to the account with date, time, and a brief observation.
Online Proof Access
The proof of service is posted to your account as a PDF after it’s finalized.
Hard-to-Reach Recipients
Hard-to-reach recipients are worked across multiple windows. A stakeout can be scheduled when avoidance is established.
