How a Palm Desert order is worked
After intake review, a registered process server takes the assignment with the access details — gate procedures, suite numbers, seasonal-residency status. Each visit is documented in the account, and the proof of service is finalized once the matter resolves.

Stakeout Coverage
Stakeouts are billed hourly and used when standard attempts confirm the recipient is at the address but not answering the door.
Address Verification
Address verification runs as a pre-dispatch step when there’s reason to doubt the address. Useful for seasonal-residence addresses where the recipient may not be in town.
Same-Day Requests
Same-day attempts are available on a case-by-case basis depending on capacity.

For evasive recipients, attempts rotate across day-parts. A stakeout option is available when needed.
