How an Oildale order is worked
After intake review, a registered process server takes the assignment. Attempts are made per the requested service tier; the server documents what was observed at each visit and adds the notes to the account. When service is complete or reasonable diligence has been documented, the proof of service is finalized to the account.

Same-Day Requests
Same-day handling can be requested at order time. Whether the request fits depends on order timing and the recipient address.
Flat-Rate Pricing
The standard service rate is shown at order entry. Rush, additional recipients, stakeout, and skip tracing carry line-item pricing visible before the order is placed.
Stakeout Coverage
A stakeout window can be added at order time. The server holds at the address through the chosen block.
Court Filing Support
Filing of the proof of service can be added with the appropriate court when the matter calls for it.
Address Verification
Address verification can be added before the assignment goes out when the address is uncertain.
Proof of Service Online
The signed proof is posted to your account as a downloadable PDF when finalized.
Order Updates
Each attempt is added to the account with the server’s note attached.
Difficult Recipients
For an evasive recipient, attempt windows shift across days and times. A stakeout window can be added when a consistent pattern of avoidance shows up.
