How a Saratoga order is worked
After intake, the order’s address and any access notes are reviewed — gate or driveway approach for hillside estates, suite numbers for downtown commercial. A registered process server takes the assignment, and each visit is documented in the account.

Flat-Rate Pricing
Pricing is one rate per standard serve. Optional add-ons appear as separate line items at order entry.
Stakeout Window
A stakeout block can be reserved at order time so the server holds at the address through a planned window.
Address Pre-Verification
A pre-dispatch address check is available on request to confirm the data before the server is sent.
Hard-to-Reach Recipients
For an evasive recipient, attempt windows shift across days and times. A stakeout window can be added when avoidance is consistent.
