How a Rosemont order is worked
After intake review, a registered process server takes the assignment with the address details from intake. The server documents what was observed at the visit; each attempt is added to the account, and the signed proof of service is finalized once the matter resolves.

A stakeout window can be added at order time when the recipient is hard to reach during normal hours.

Pre-dispatch address checks are available on request — public records are reviewed, and the result is logged to the order.

For an evasive recipient, attempt windows shift across days and times. A stakeout window can be added when avoidance is consistent.
