How a Rosamond order is worked
After intake review, a registered process server takes the assignment. Drive distance to outlying high-desert parcels can affect the visit window, and the server documents what was observed at each visit. The signed proof of service is finalized once the matter resolves.

A stakeout window can be added at order time. The server holds at the address through the chosen block.
Address Review
Pre-attempt address review can be added when an address may be outdated. Useful for outlying high-desert parcels.
Hard-to-Reach Recipients
Hard-to-reach recipients are worked across multiple windows. A stakeout can be scheduled when avoidance is established.
