How a Rancho Palos Verdes order is worked
After intake, the order’s address and any access notes are reviewed — gate procedures for private streets, driveway approach for hillside addresses, contact information for a private property. A registered process server takes the assignment, and each visit is documented in the account through to the signed proof of service.

Address verification is offered at intake when there’s any question about the recipient’s location. Useful for gated or private-street addresses.
Court Filing Add-On
The proof of service can be filed at the appropriate court when filing is part of the order.
Order Activity
Visit updates are added to the account during the work, including the server’s observations.
Online Proof of Service
The signed proof of service is delivered through the account in PDF form when the matter resolves.
Difficult Recipients
For an evasive recipient, attempt windows shift across days and times. A stakeout window can be added when avoidance is consistent.
