How a Palo Alto order is worked
After intake review, a registered process server takes the assignment with the address details from intake — building name, suite or floor, recipient department, and any reception or visitor procedures. Each visit is documented in the account, and the proof of service is finalized through the same account.

Court filing can be added to the order; the proof of service is filed at the appropriate court.
Proof of Service Online
The signed proof appears in your account as a PDF once the order is finalized.
Order Updates
Each completed attempt posts to the order with the server’s note from the door.
Difficult Recipients
For an evasive recipient, attempt windows shift across days and times. A stakeout window can be added when avoidance is consistent.
