How a South Lake Tahoe order is worked
After intake, the order’s address and any access notes are reviewed — occupancy notes for short-term rentals, suite numbers for commercial addresses. A registered process server takes the assignment, and each visit is documented in the account.

Stakeout Coverage
A stakeout window can be added at order time when the recipient’s schedule warrants it.
Pre-Dispatch Address Check
Address verification can be added before the assignment goes out when the address is uncertain. Useful for short-term vacation rentals where the recipient may not be the lease holder.
